However, when they followed the instructions in the book and wrote to me, their message went unanswered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reason_caused_not_functional\"><\/span>Reason caused not functional<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday and the day before yesterday, I finally found the root cause of the problem of my website&#8217;s contact link. The issue was resolved and has been fixed. Indeed, my website&#8217;s comment feature was disabled due to a recent system upgrade by my hosting provider (I won&#8217;t go into the technical details), which caused a compatibility issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Apologies_to_everyone\"><\/span>Apologies to everyone<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to my own negligence, the comment feature on my website was disabled, and I failed to discover and correct it sooner.
